This automated carwash doesn't clean the back of the car. Same results with my SUV and pick up.
Great do it yourself wash. Need to have A watchful eye on the timer .
They are always friendly and helpful. The wash is always busy and the guys make sure to work fast and efficiently. I love their fast pass because I save money as often as I wash. I recommend this company to anyone!
Went to the car wash today, everything was going fine until we come out from the suds and we are being hit into the back of the car in front of us. We didn't know what to do since we aren't controlling the tracks or the car. And now we are being told the car wash isn't responsible and my vehicle is left with a broken front bumper. Also, I have spoken to several people who have said this is the third time in the past month this has happened. Didn't even get offered a refund. Will definitely be speaking to an attorney!!!
I love everything about this carwash, staff, service, quality. They are renovating it as of now, 11/2017, so it's torn up in areas, but the car wash is still operational. I'm looking forward to seeing all the renovation improvements!
