I used Mr. David Gordon as my defense attorney on two of my cases. Both times I honestly felt that David really just worked out the easiest case for himself between him and the prosecutor. My first case could have been easily defended as self defense but David insisted that I take the lesser charge of disorderly conduct, which is still a 1st class misdemeanor. My second case I basically paid him to be a shoulder to lean on. Very terrible communication right from the get go, which after I raised a stink about, he started responding better. He pushed my second case out 3 months past the original time without even consulting with me first to see if that is even what I wanted to do. Which ultimately really made things much more difficult on my family and I.
