Krista Fitch was the rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with. She rolled her eyes hufffed and puffed the entire time I spoke with her. She had no idea how to look for my file and did not even know how to print my bill. I feel bad for the sick people who have to deal with her. Walking out of there after dealing with her will make you feel even worse. I told her she was rude then she proceeded to argue with me about how she's NOT rude. Please fire her, her negative energy is not good for the people who are in pain !
I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to give some kudos to the staff at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in the door I was greated with a smile from the receptionist Ariana. The nurses Chris and Elizabeth were wonderful and caring. I usually have high blood pressure when in a doctors office, but Elizabeth made me feel calm and comfortable, I actually had a normal reading. The PA Roxanne was very knowledgeable and treated me accordingly. This was by far the best experience I have had at an urgent care. I definitely recommend to family and friends.
I've been here twice in the past month, once for an emergency prescription refill and once for a sore throat that I suspected was strep. Both physicians who saw me were very helpful, and a culture was taken for the sore throat before giving me antibiotics. Turned out not to be strep, and I was happy not to have been given unnecessary antibiotics. I will certainly go there again if the need arises. The wait times tend to be long.
Hey thanks for screwing me and my boyfriend over. Having him go in and wait an hour to go into a room and be told you don't provide the services he wants and charging us $145 and wasting our time and then not even telling him where he could go. Props on screwing over people and stealing people's hard earned money. Never go here if you have anything wrong. Not worth it.
Quick, thorough, compassionate care by all staff! I was out of town on vacation and needed emergent care at a place where I wouldn't wait for hours on end (who wants to do that on vacation?). I was able to get in with no wait time and quickly get an x-ray! Total time was under an hour!
