I like being able to go into a physical address, and speaking with a live agent, if needed!
Deplorable business ethics and no accountability is what you can expect from this agency. All I wanted was a simple change from one carrier to another and was "saving money", however they reduced my coverages without asking to save me this money, and wouldn't fix it without charging me more money! Aside that, there is no communication within their staff to resolve anything cordially and efficiently. Do not trust your life with this agency!!!
My manufactured home policy has been cancelled effective 7/19/17, This is because of the negligence of the agency. I closed on my home May 26th 2017. They never completed an exterior inspection on my home. They claim they could not Find my home. No 2 months later I Geta refund check in the mail. Now I am waiting for them to call me right back. And it has 30 minutes how. If they straighten this out for us I will let you know.
