My fiancé went to this store shopping for our wedding bands. I purchased her engagement ring out of town so we were hoping to shop local. My bride to be called me in tears saying that the lady Co owner of this business asked her if she was sure her ring was real? We received authentication papers with this purchase and there was no reason for this.
This comment was not only unprofessional, it was rude, offensive, and just plain mean spirited!! I do not recommend this business.
Went there to have an engagement ring made. I brought in my own stone and picked out a setting. Ring turned out so nice. Very responsible prices and quality work. Will definitely return for other custom jewelry work.
While their communication may be abrupt at times, they do solid work and are very fair on their prices. One of the prongs that held the stone on my wedding ring broke and I lost the stone. They scoured their shop and found a perfect match! They did an excellent job repairing my ring and gave me an unbeatable price!
I walked into this business looking for a wedding band to go with my existing engagement ring. My fiancé was not with me at the time. The woman was so abrupt and rude and actually asked me if I was sure if my diamond ring was real!!!! She was so offensive and rude I left in tears. My engagement ring is a lovely 3 stone one karat white gold ring and Yes lady, it is real! Not the way to treat someone who is shopping for such a joyous occasion. We are local and have two wedding bands to purchase plus some other jewelry design and we will not be spending a penny at this business! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
