Not the prettiest store on the outside, but don't be fooled. Top Shelf carries an enormous range of fine wines, craft beers, rare and exotic liquors, and some of the best whiskeys around. Not necessarily the cheapest, but you can find things here you can't find anywhere else short of driving to phoenix.
