Woman at check in was sweet, room was clean and well enough kempt. Could hear anyone outside the door for quite a few feet very clearly.
The pool is empty. The spa is filled in with rocks.There are no kitchens in every Room. The rooms are very dark with poor lighting. The beds are very uncomfortable.The pillows are miniture. We left A-day early. The place over all on the outside and inside is minimally maintained.Just so you know .
We rented the conference room to host a birthday party. Everything went smoothly. Candy and her team were friendly and flexible.
Messed up my Prepaid check-in and checking out was a hassle. Staff was friendly enough. Out of the way location from food and shopping. Charged extra for handicapped to be on ground floor. Room was comfortable but the free wi-fi kept cutting out. I'll be staying somewhere else next time.
Downtown Cottonwood is accessable with a quick drive up Willard St. and Chateau Tumbleweed is right down 89A. The rooms are utilitarian, a good place to sleep but nothing fancy.
