Excessive rates and late fees, won't accept partial payments. Clean facility, friendly staff, 24hr access available for a fee.
The actual facility is older and run down.We did not like that the entrance is also the exit, and that you have to stop at the office every visit and show ID to get a key to THEIR second lock they put on your unit, then stop back in and turn in the key and get our ID back... PAIN IN THE ARSE!!! It may be a safety feature, but We'd never seen that before, even in the big cities. It SCREAMED that theft and break in's must be an issue (welcome to COTTONWOOD, land of the meth heads). Also, NO ONSITE MANAGER and NO CAMERAS. It is not our intention to remain at this facility. It was just a quick place to snag a unit until we get settled.

We liked the management. The restroom was nice and clean and smelled nice.
