don't waste your time making a reservation with this company. a reservation to them ensures the rate and nothing else. I made a reservation for a moving truck well in advance, confirmation number and all, called to add on a service just for them to tell me there is no need, they can not even provide me with a truck regardless of having a reservation. they didn't provide me with other options didn't offer any kind of service whatsoever I called corporate and they said the same thing this is not a company is would trust in making your plans a reality. poor poor poor customer service. coming from someone who has never wrote a bad review as I have worked in customer service my whole life, this company made no attempt to fix a wrong.
