Took over 20 minutes from when we ordered.
One stars..
The food was good, but not very warm.
The food is good but service there sucks. My family had gone inside to eat and stood around for over 5 minutes before anyone took our order and we were the only ones waiting to order. Drive thru had 1 car when we went in and I never saw the lady take any more orders while we waited so I knew it wasn't busy Also, employees need to practice better hygiene when in the work place. I saw 2 employees come back in from smoke breaks and go straight to work and not wash their hands.
I ordered 2 different value meals and was charged for each item individually so the total was 5 bucks more than it should have been. It used to be a great place to get food, but the last few visits have been dismal. Never again. You want to give folks a chance but I work pretty hard for a living and I want to enjoy a meal out. Goodbye forever Carl's Jr.!
This used to be a pretty good burger place. Needs help and maybe better management.
Very very slow, very stressed, very understaffed, and they are very frustrated by it. The food just wasn't good, you could tell they were struggling and trying the best they could so I don't want anybody to think the staff sucks because that one visit didn't indicate that to me. Perhaps management issues preventing adequate staffing? I don't know what the reason was today, but I do know even the pretty blonde busting her ass at the drive thru isn't enough for me to go back there until they location gets enough employees to operate correctly.
Girl taken orders was rude..what the heck no green burritos...that was the whole reason I went there...then asked about hamburger with mushrooms..she told me to go to McDonald's for that. Then the front door was locked keeping customers from coming in..she walked over & checked it didn't do anything about it and said oh well..this is the worse run business ever........
