Where do I start? Kevin was our contact person. At 3:30pm in the afternoon the place was empty that should have been a red flag to us.

I spent $155. Now normally this would have been fine but I was charged $45 for a pedicure that lasted a whole three minutes with no exfoliating and a full gel set that cost $50 because I got a matte color instead of a regular color. The rest of the cost was waxing. I felt very rushed and the staff was very frustrated with me anytime I made a decision like not wanting French on my toes or nails. The women that worked there was very nice other than that I was super disappointed

Went there with my sister, while we were waiting I saw the lady that works there say something to one of her clients while she was doing their nails and they both looked at me like they were talking about me, first red flag then the guy that also works there did my sisters nails and I got the lady, they both started talking to each other in Chinese or whatever and they switched so I ended up getting the guy and he was awfully rude and quite. Worst place EVER
This service was manicure and pedicure for a female, and pedicure for the man. Total for $ 85.00 for two in under a hour. This business need to figure out what they are and work at it.
Cindy and Kevin always do a great job for me. They keep up on the latest trends, introducing new colors and effects (Krome, Cat Eye) I have very thin and sensitive nailbeds and they are always careful not to burn me. They know me by the sound of my voice and always fit me in.
Does not dedicate enough time to the customer. You seem rush. There was no one else in the shop waiting.
