About a week later drove 3 hours to cottonwood at night (to avoid him) & my code to open the gate ( 7am to 7 pm 7 days a week) wouldnt work. So had to wait till next day. I didn't want to ask for helpAGAIN in same month at the storage we jus FILLED. So I decided I only take what I could fit in my car. Then I REMEMBERED how he loved going threw n selling ppls very personal things. so I called a friend and told her she could HAVE what she could take. I was following my friend out to make sure nothing of Now HERS fell out and saw he had CLOSED THE GATES. They had never been closed before but saw he was waiting for us with his arms crossed. I told him that i knew he changed my number and he denied it. When I tried it it didn't work I saw him smile. I didn't know what to do and was scared so I HONKED my horn. HE still WOULDnt open it SO I HONKED til my horn quit n till SOMEONE finally walked over and asked him if they could open it for us ....Do NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH & SUPPORT THIS GUY.
he ALSO loved to tell me WHO (Ppl I knew) was late and What they had in there storage. Then ask if I wanted something!!! (I brought my own lock) but i let a friend talk me into getting a staorge and i was nieve.
I HAD gave them tygar 3 or 4 checks at time 2 or 3 times, prefilled months in advance and Never had a problem untill I lost my job and wasnt well & unable to get back to work. First month he didnt deposite on the 1st,waited till17th, that cost me an extra 35$ bank fee. Didnt care when i told him. Oct I knew I would be short for rent so i started going to storage ALOT and EVERY TIME i would hear Duane coming up on his golf cart & everytime id leave more upset because of him. He would say and ask completely inappropriate things constantly then call me uptight for not answering. I even gave him a check for 3 months (2 in advance). So hed stop coming and asking what im doing with my life and when and where im going to work while i was still ill. so i finally asked begged him to PLEASE JUST stop it to just PLEASE let me be, that he didnt have a right to do this, and it's not how to run a Business. he told me "u can't talk to me like that kid" AND "if I didn't like it I could get out"when I asked if he did this to everyone, he told me I had 10 days to get my stuff and get out! I had JUST MOVED ALL MY BELONGING IN!!! DAYS PRIOR! I started to cry & when He came back for the 3rd time with my payment I pretended to be on my phone in my car.
Do NOT GO HERE! Manager Duane, HARASSES MULTIPLE PPL AT THEIR UNIT! AND HE LOCKED ME AND MY FRIEND INSIDE THE GATES AND WOULD NOT LET US OUT!!!! WHILE HE GRABBED HIS CROTCH AT US!
