Absolutely pitiful customer service. Rude and unhelpful staff.
I have to bank here, but understaffed hella, nice staff though.
I have had the worst experience of my life at this bank! In the past and current I banked with them 10 years ago and I decided to come back and give it another try I am beyond disappointed. The bank is way under staffed and the staff can be absolutely rude. I have never spent less than 45 minutes being the shortest time for a simple cash a check or deposit supposed to be a quick trip in. The employees waste time and talk to each other and other customers for drawn out amounts of time while the line is practically out the door. It took over 3 hours to set up a simple personal checking account, in which I had to follow up three more times as they kept getting information incorrect despite the repeated questions and answers. It has taken over two months just to get a working regular not temporary debit card. The first one never came after six weeks and repeated trips to the bank I had to get another temporary card. They sent another one, they sent to wrong address we had to go back in. They could not recognize our address or our p. O. Box. We had to send to a friend's address if took two more weeks. We brought it in to activate, the atm stole the card, they couldn't help so they deactivated it and destroyed it. We got another temporary card 3rd one mind you... They were supposed to expedite the new card after spending nearly an hour at the bank and an out hour and a half on the phone with them... It came five days after they said it was supposed to. I finally activated it and found out I am now negative in the bank.. I racked up a vet bunch of charges for their mistakes $15 everyone they sent a card and $5 for every temporary card.!!! Then another fee since I couldn't even use my card and the temporary card did not work to pay some things and even at the grocery store. I am beyond appalled and they want to charge me to cancel the account at this point!!!
My 92 yr old dad is at this bank. No drive up. They took it out a year ago. Fun to wait in line everytime we go there because of no drive up and very understaffed; usually one teller and one personal banker.
Wow! I just spent over 25 minutes as the only person in line here to make a credit card payment. There was only one teller at the location and four other employees. The teller was involved in a drawn out conversation providing checking account advice to a lady, this conversation did not require a teller, any of the other idle associates present could easily have handled that conversation. When I inquired of the assistant manager "could open another line" he snidely said "you have other options .... you don't need to be in here.".... fortunately I don't live in Cottonwood so I'll never have to deal with these people again. God have mercy on those of you who do!
