They sent a letter in the mail for free $300 coupon for opening a business account. I opened the account and they refuse to pay me the $300. Bad Bank!

also, best of luck getting your calls returned ... you'll need it.

they decided to put Auto tellers in .... and cut back on staff. Now, there is a lineup to use the reduced number of human tellers, while the AT's collect dust.

The stand alone tellers are designed. To cut staff and make customers wait longer. I went to Arizona 1 credit union. And can feel a different atmosphere here, so warm and placid . Just walk in for a try ,and notice the difference

Auto tellers and no business transaction line. I make large cash deposits and every time I walk in the greeter in charge of training folks to get used to the auto teller asks a hundred questions about why I would prefer to stand in the long line rather than use the machine. So every time I'm forced to show that I have too large of a cash deposit to use it in front of everyone in the lobby. I did try the auto teller once. It ate part of my cash and threw the rest back at me. It took two phone calls to India where the guy had no clue how to treat the issue and a weeks worth of talking to the manager to get it straight. Also, they no longer offer notary service and send you to a title company next door. As a business, I'm forced to look elsewhere for my banking needs.

We purchased a car and needed the title notarized. The kid notarizing the title got so busy trying to sell us a credit card, in front of the total stranger sitting with us no less, that he forgot to sign his notary stamp. As a result we had to drive back to the Cottonwood branch (we live in Prescott Valley) to get his signature. While we were there we decided to get our debit cards. Another person helped us, accessed everything on the computer, had us dot our i's and cross our t's, and told us the cards were on their way. Two weeks later and no cards, we visited our regular branch only to find out that the process was never completed. We like Chase, but we advise staying away from the Cottonwood branch.
