My wife and I had such a great experience here. Mark, the owner, is such a great guy. We were treated with respect and we're able to be approved for a car. When others said no, Mark took time to see what he could do for us and got us in our beautiful car. Friendly environment, our daughter loves when we go (because we stop by just to say hi) and they put cartoons on for her. Great customer service, very personable. Over a 5 stars. Very blessed to have met Mark. Will be sending as many people this his way :)
Let me tell you about my experience with the most wonderful dealership! A friend referred me to Cottonwood Freedom Auto Sales. At first I wasn't sure. You think it's just like a normal dealership where you are dragged into something you really don't want. Not in this case. I decided to just go talk with them to see what they had to offer. I went in on a Friday after work. I gave him all the information I could. By Monday he had a place that was willing to take me as a client with not so good credit. By Tuesday I walked out with keys in my hand and a brand new car to me! I absolutely love my car. I love the people. Such wonderful people. You walk through the door and you are greeted with a smile. I have never been to a dealership with such genuine people. They work well with you. I am definitely a satisfied client and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! #1 place in my book! They are so sweet, so friendly, so kind hearted. Definitely the best place to go in town! I will recommend them to any family or friend that is in need of great service.
We recently bought a Saturn Vue after being stranded and the staff was awesome in making our time there easier. We got a great deal and we made it to our destination with no issues. Thanks again for all he help guys. We won't forget it!!!
