Where was very helpful it was nice and peaceful the only part that I have a hard time with his I want to be respected that I don't want to be hassled by anybody just want to look at your cars I guess the old days are gone that you just can't look at a car that somebody has to come out and be with you at all times that's sad kudos to Gilbert
Worked with Gabriel online prior to arriving, my first experience with Oxendale and it was great!! I was looking forward to working with Oxendale for years to come but unfortunately I recently purchased my second new vehicle from another dealer due to the lack of follow up from Oxendale. I like dealers who follow up with customers and want your business. I also like salespeople that are honest with you and when they tell you they are going to get you the second $300 key for your new van, they DO it. It's very sad when they NEVER follow up with you, respond to any text messages, calls, etc. It tells you all you need to know about the person and the company that you are dealing with, they don't want your business!! Had communication and honesty been Oxendales priority, well, I would still be a customer, unfortunately that was not the case and I have moved onto another dealer that wants my future business.
