Friendly staff, clean store, I just wish they had more of a selection of grain free Cat foods and treats.
Came into petSence today looking for pet supplies the girl at the counter didn't acknowledge me as I entered the store she was so focused on her texting on her phone I was totally ignored I was in there for about 5 to 10 minutes and she finally asked me if I needed some help once she decided her texting was not important anymore but at that time I was already about to leave the store and I told her no thank you I don't expect you to have to put your phone down
I took my dog for her usual grooming with groomer Jackie. My dog was fine when I dropped her off but when I picked her up she was in full distress. I called the store Jackie agreed to meet me at the store. Upon arrival she agreed that my dog was under distress and something was bothering her but Jackie could offer no explanation and stated maybe she trimmed the hair to short around her rear area and my dog was just irritated...not so...I took my dog to the vet and an x-ray showed injury to her pelvis/tail. My dog is currently on medication and under a vets care and is expected to fully recover. However, I will be taking all measures possible to ensure Jackie will never harm another animal. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will hold Pet Sense and their employees responsible. I have contacted upper management and have not heared from anyone. I guess they will call back once they hear from my attorney. Excessive force is never okay. Disgusting.
+JMJ...Nice to have this store in town for those who can afford their products. Have visited a few times looking for particular items. Found and purchased what I was looking for but I suppose that pet supplies can be considered specialty items therefore making them too expensive for my meager budget.
