Dr. FLANNERY AND DR BRYNS ARE GREAT LOVE WHOLE STAFF
I was so very pleased with the service and care given to Charlie and Ellie. The staff love what they do and it really shows. Everyone is so kind and love what they do. Thank you for taking such good care of them!
Dr. Flannery and Byrne, as well as the staff, are top notch. Provide the only true 24/7 emergency service in the valley. Would recommend to any dog or cat owner that needs more than shots. I believe it is the best "locally" staffed and equipped small animal facility in the VV.
We were travelling and our GSD got quite ill with diarrhea and we googled vets. We explained our situation and they got us in right away. We explained that our dog was aggressive towards vets and they had no problem with that. (we muzzled him). The vet took her time talking to us and was great with Taz, he was eventually quite calm with her (amazing). She went over all the scenarios that could have caused our problem, advised us what to do to avoid future problems and prescribed medicine which worked right away. The clinic called us twice to see how he was doing. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, the prices were reasonable, the staff was very efficient and caring. I wish we had this vet, Celeste Flannery, and her clinic in our home town.
