i would trust google to diagnose and work with my animals before i ever trust this vet again! completely incompetent and hands down the worst staff ive ever worked with ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK! lol just awefull and negligent
worst experience with a vet i have ever had! would recommend driving to phoenix before even stepping foot in this place. brought my dog here for x rays about a year ago for a tumor we found in his shoulder, not knowing if it was cancerous or bone tumor i wanted to get another set of x rays to see how its grown and to better understand his pain level. danza del sol took those x rays for me 4 months ago and to this day have not even got them to me (paid in full) i called every other week in hopes to get a better understand of my dogs time sensative situation but over and over they made up excuses why they didnt have them or couldnt analize them and everytime i called they where just as clueless and incompitent as the last it is a nightmare! my dogs condition worsens by the day and danza del sol has done everything in their power to keep it that was. the front desk lady was hands down the rudest and most unpleasent women ive ever had to talk to! having been promised my x rays and a refund a dozen times i still have not received either and i continue to experience complete incompitence a severe lack of comunication and outragously unprofessional behavior from this office! ive talked to the vet herself on numerous occasions regarding the issue and just when she says theyve got it figured out i call theyre offive only to find none of the workers there ever have any idea what im talking about and im forced to reexplain myself again only to be stuck in this perpetual circle of unprofessional business he said she said. maybe theyre doing this all on purpose cuz they cant afford the refund i dont know but i would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their animals
No one informed prior to appointment that they were kicked out of their building at last min so I couldn't find them. They had to give me step by step instructions to find the place which was behind a commercial building with some old trucks in a mini van! I ran from that place. I'm not letting them spay my cat in a van in an alley.
Dr. Kasper needs to learn compassion & kindness. We had her do the ACL surgery on our retriever. The surgery was good but when he was not getting better, all she kept saying was keep excersing him, do hydro therapy, etc. She's was rude & upset when we came back asking for another X-ray and for other suggestions. When the new X-ray was done finally, there it was: cancer in the muscle. Her suggestion to walk off the pain would not have made any difference. So we gave her another chance & had her do dental work on the beagle. After pulling 9 teeth, he was in pain with infection. Again, she was perturbed when presented with this problem. She refused an X-ray and said he was ok and to keep taking the antibiotics. We went back to her again and still she insisted he was ok. We took the beagle to another vet and they found a few roots Dr. Kasper left behind from pulling his teeth which was cause of the beagles dental pain and infection. The new vet had to remove those roots she left behind & another 12 teeth. Poor beagle. So sad, all Dr. Kasper had to do was pay a little more attention and listen to her clients. No one is perfect, but at least own up to your mistakes. She doesn't like to do re-do's i guess. Maybe she needs to stick with just horses.
The medical staff at this clinic are excellent , but the receptionist is a loose cannon. One week I was late due to consttruction. She yelled at me. This time I left early and got there early and it seemed to upset her. I didn't expect to have servie early, I was just making sure I was there. I tried to tell her I did not need service right now, I didn't want to be a problem. Cindy said, You are the problem. The stress made me need to use the bathroom. The door bumped my pup. Cindy yelled, Oh yeah, take it out on your pet. I ended up in tears, not at all armed for this abuse, and she laughed at me. If you =can get past Cindy, you will do well. If anyone who worked for me ever treated one of my patients or customes like this, she would have been out in a minute. As far as I know she is still there
