One manager was wearing short shorts and flip flops with her kids running around with customers in the lobby and she was going about her business working a shift. I understand not having a sitter or whatever. But being in such unprofessional dress code and having toddlers running around a a kitchen with no supervision is ridiculous.
Ordered a pizza to be delivered two weeks ago. Was the worst pizza I have ever seen. Called back that evening, spoke with the manager, she offered me to be redelivered, that same night or if I.preferred a credit for a future purchase. I opted for the credit. Just got off of the phone and of course the manager has no notes on "a credit due". I.said "well image that, I won't be ordering thru your company again"' the manager says "oh, ok" and hangs up..really?
Delivery times are atrocious. According to their tracker, often times my pizzas are done for over a half hour before they even leave the store. Kind of insane really.
This Domino's was consistent and friendly when Megan was the manager. Sometimes they would get something wrong but they would always fix it. My review used to be 4 stars.
The Alfredo pasta was awful! Burnt and dry! Worst then the Sahara desert!
Usually good dominos, twice out of probably ten times the pizza has been ruined by the box somehow being stuck to pizza like they put to much weight on them.
Now, with the new guy (Shaun I think,) you will get told he's putting a credit on your account and then he will lie to your face about it and say they don't do that when you try to use the credit 2 weeks later. In 3 weeks I have had two incorrect orders from this location. Not since the first month they were open have I had issues like this.
When I order EXTRA, which is more that DOUBLE, i expect the toppings to be piled on, not the same as if i ordered the standard amount of toppings. Also, when I order a pizza well done, it should not be flopppy and droopy.
