Horrible experience. Twice was over an hour. Went back after I ordered by phone. Said would be 40 minutes. I went to pick up and they misplaced my order. Told me another 20 to 30 minutes. Had to go to work. Asked for a refund and drove to Little Caesars and got my pizza in 4 minutes. Tried one last time this time by computer. Couldn't mess that up, but they did. Said up to 46 minutes. I got there at 47 minutes and they told me it would be a bit longer. Delivery drivers came in with wrong orders. Confusion and people yelling at others incompetence. Wow. What a mess. I requested another refund, but they finally brought my pizzas out at 1 hour and 8 minutes. What a mess. Will not ever cross their threshold again.
This is the second time I have on line ordered , got my food on time and perfect. Love a pizza that has so much cheese it actually stretches. Welcome to Cottonwood.
Ordered pizza from here for the first time since they opened. The food is delicious and the employees are very friendly. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews from people stating it took too long to get their food. Well, what do you expect during the first few weeks they are new to a small town? Everybody and their mother was ordering pizza at the same time. I always try to give new restaurants a few weeks to work out the bugs and get a good system going. I hope the people that have written those negative reviews give this place another shot. Good food :)
We called in a $60 order at 4pm for a 5 pm pick up. Told that our pizza would be ready. Got there right at 5 and they hadn't even started the order. They said they had a 5:15 start for a 5:45 pick up. What?!? They have NO CLUE on how to handle customer service issues! Terrible management, terrible service!!! Papa Murphy's across the street much better at half the cost!!!!!
The atmosphere in this restaurant is great. The employees are always so friendly. My order was fresh and delivered on time. I'm excited they are finally in cottonwood. Well worth it. I will be ordering from them from now on.
