Always a great experience... dine in or carry out, Trisha is our favorite. Best wait ataff they have, up on specials and quick to refill our drinks. They need her to train the rest of the wait staff on how to do it and do it right!
This is usually my go to pizza place but when I arrived to pick up my order tonight I was told that part of it had been burned and they're having to remake it. I had to sit around for an additional 15 minutes while they fixed their mistake. If it's your fault and you burn someone's food and they have to wait around longer because of it, you should at the very least give them a discount. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant, but she multitasked quite well. Food was kind of cold. Whatever happened to adding tomato and onion to the salad?
Got seated quickly, ordered appetizer and dinner. Drinks were empty before the food came an the appetizer came at same time. Had to ask for a refill when they brought the food because no one stopped to check on us ( this is all before a large crowd came in) then they continued to walk past without checking on us. Asked for a refill again was told yes, an the same waitress walked past another 4 times before refilling.... worst experience there ever.
Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Love this place....and the pizza is good too!
