Went in to buy a consignment bike that was listed for sale (with cash in hand) and was told that they won't sell it to me unless a potential buyer from Phoenix didn't buy it, although no deposit had been made on the bike. Potential buyer not to be there until afternoon! Called to speak with management and was hung up on! This company broke my son's heart this morning, as you can imagine his excitement for a new bike. Don't send your money here!! I wonder what the consigned bikes owner would say if they knew sales were being refused!
