FREE ESTIMATES!!! Even if he had to do a little work to get to the problem
Will NOT change an estimate or fix something before telling you
Won't fix things that aren't broken
Single owner/mechanic (with his son's help) -> not paying for front office people, just your mechanic and parts
FYI: Shop has moved to a location at the end of the same building
