I wish I could remember everyones name, but only remember Keith who asked me questions about my car, and coordinated my appointment with Justin, master mechanic. Justin was fabulous, and really so was everyone, including the guys in the Tire section.

I just purchased a vehicle while visiting family in Cottonwood, AZ. I noticed a shimmy at hi way speeds while driving it yesterday. I am heading home on Monday, 1600 miles to be exact. My Dad's neighbor Mike recommended bringing the truck to Reese's first thing Saturday morning. I am so happy that I did! They got my truck in right away & did a tire inspection & then rebalanced all 4 tires for me. I was in & out of there in less than an hour on a busy Saturday morning without having an appointment! Excellent customer service!! The store was very organized & clean. They even have coffee or bottled water available for their customers while they wait. I highly recommend them for your service needs!
Roger was very patient and helpful when it came to me asking him questions but we found the right tires for my RV. He was awesome at communicating when the tires had arrived. The service manager was also very helpful in trying to fix a hydrolic leak. He himself came out to the parking lot to look at the problem. Thanks for your help guys everyone was wonderful at this company.
