Came in for a tire repair, the Manager Chris G. checked it out and told us the tire was still good. The level of honesty at the Cottonwood store is unbelievable. They are great guys and hard workers.
I will never Deviate from this store.I had rims and tires put on ,the whole shebang. An employee Dennis who helped me was excellent and kind.After i had them put on The rims and tires,i changed my mind the next day because they didn't look right.I called and asked if i could go with the original Rims that Dennis recommended and a thicker set of tires.Which is absurd on my part.But they actually ordered Rims and Did the whole job over again. At no extra labor cost I don't recommend doing this.But no other Tire and Automotive place would do this.My truck looks Sexy now.
Talked my wife into buying Yokohama tires saying they were 3 stars instead of Pirrelli that were on it originally. Said that they were 2 stars. Old tires never needed this much wieghts on it and none one the outside. If I had the time I would take them back and wait for the Perrellis.

I was the first person in the store morning this past Saturday morning. I was greeted by Dennis M. Mc GarrJr. and asked how can I help you. I told him I had a slow leak in my front tires. He asked my keys and said he would take it of my problem. With in 30 minutes he was back handing my keys reporting that I pick up a finishing in one of my tire and the had done the repairs at no charge. The no charge was a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone in need of tire and would give them ten stars instead of just the maximum 5 if possible.
So they have a,customer for life.
