Dr Peek has been my dad's cardiologist for many years. Heart disease runs in our family, and dad has a complicated condition, which has been very well managed by Dr. Peek. Dad is now 102 years old, and I am sure that a good part of the credit is due to Dr. Peek's excellent care.

.Dr Peek saw me after I had a minor heart attack. (Prinzemetals angina) I was hospitalized for 3 days as my attack happened on a Friday. I was put on blood thinners by Dr Wong, and awaited an angiogram, to be performed on Monday. While I was prepped, The cardio unit celebrated the hiring of a new member, by spraying the cardio unit with silly-string. Three months later, I was back in the hospital with Mersa and sepsis.
I was in the hospital for 11 days. How I had been infected with drug-resistant pneumonia, and blood disease, is unknown. I could have sued, but I am not litigious, and I despise lawyers. (Even more than doctors.) However, I have to wonder. I already had severe COPD, but I wasn't on oxygen 24/7. Now I am. My mobility has been reduced immeasurably. I am not happy.
