Wonderful doctor! Highly trust him.
On 12/13/2015, My mother was 3 days overdue to receive medical test records from a test done 10 days prior. When the test was performed, my mother was told she would be contacted in 4-7 days to review the results. on the 7th, day, my mother called the office and left a voicemail, inquiring the status of the test results. No call was returned. On the 10th day, we once again placed a call into the office. we spoke with the secretary, Serena, who took our message and stated she'd inform Dr. Jochim of our request. We were once again ignored! Finally, on the 11th day, we drove to Jochim's office and requested the records in a firm, but not rude manner. We were asked to be seated, and informed that we would be assisted shortly. After about 5 minutes of waiting, Jochim called my mother back and immediatly began berating her and yelling at her as if she were a child who had broken a rule! The entire time, my mother remained calm and also apologized for any mistaken rudeness, all the while Jochim could be heard from the waiting room screaming insults at my mother and slamming doors, throwing objects onto the countertops, etc... After about 2 minutes of this behavior, I stood and crossed the waiting room to the receiving desk, and requested assistance. I was not answered in the entire 2 minutes I stood, knocking intermittently. Having lost patience, I pulled the receptionist's window open, only to find the receptionist sitting there doing paperwork! She immediately began yelling and cursing at me as if I was at fault, and I was so appalled by this lack of professional behavior that I myself grew quite upset and shouted quite a few choice obscenities at her. My mother emerged shortly after, in tears and absolutely shaken by this experience, and we promptly left the location.
Had my mother been mentally unstable, a tragic situation could have unfolded thereafter due to this attack. I am very disappointed and shaken by this event, as it has gone to show me the quality of service slips ever lower in every industry.
Doctor Jochim is the first doctor that has kept me a wake after my son was born and expecting a baby now and would never go to anyone else for this pregnancy and delivery

In my experience.dr Jochim took one look at me and saved my life.He is not quick to do a hyserectomy and he is smart . Kathleen is also a great familyand care giver.you must have made an error.i do not know how old he is ,but he is very fit,steady and hasnt been bringing thousands of babies to us.the look on his face for my own and the grand babies is just priceless.that man knows what he is doing
Having been clientele of the Jochim family's medical practice for over 20 years, we are shocked and quite upset by this treatment. We have arranged to transfer to a new physician immediately. I am very disappointed in this behavior, and will be reporting it to the BBB, AMA, and the Arizona Medical Board for malpractice of medical provider ethics. If you are considering this location for your family, save yourself the trauma and unease.
