Dr. Nathan Welly himself is awesome. His staff on the other hand, not so much. I've never been treated so poorly before by medical staff. At one of my appointments i over heard the medical assistant talking about patients in a negative way. Not cool. You are in the medical field and are supposed to be compassionate and friendly. I am switching doctors for the sole reason of the poor staff. Dr Welly, if you read this, please get some staff in there that are caring and professional.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. This man should be stripped of his license and all other privileges that he has taken advantage of. 1. He does not listen. 2. He raised his voice with me and I felt like he was trying to bully me because I had questions about stipulations on his documented agreement/contract. 3. He made several mistakes while going over my history and did not apologize. With that being said I feel like my character had been hurt and threatened by his hippocrates practice. EPIC FAIL

Dr. Welly (if you want to call him a Dr.) is horrible. When he came into the room, he never introduced himself or held out his hand to shake it. His bedside manner is rude, accusatory and condescending. He asked me inappropriate questions about why I chose to move to Camp Verde, AZ as if it was some kind of ghetto and he was above that. Then he continued to grill me about the medications I take for migraines and anxiety, clearly making me feel like an idiot for taking them. Then he questions why I take sleeping pills and which ones. He hemmed and hawed about giving me any, then suggests Belsomra. He gave me a sample pack of it that was over a year expired. His office staff are inefficient and clearly lack empathy as I had to call 4 times to get a message through to the “Dr.” This was the worst experience of my life with a healthcare provider. I noticed I’m not the only one who feels this way as I’ve read others bad review of him. Bottom line, find a Dr. that actually cares about your wellbeing and isn’t a pompous, inconsiderate, self righteous jerk like “Dr.” Welly.
I've been to probably 6 or 7 doctors in the last 3 years including specialists to try and get help with my intestines and my digestion. I could never go to the bathroom, I'm only twenty years old and it caused me many doctor visits and ER visits. I got really sick all the time and every doctor would brush off my problems and give me terrible medical advice even specialists acted like I was crazy. Dr.Charles Welly was the only one to spend time with me and thoroughly explain what I was doing wrong and how to start feeling better. My immune system is better then ever before and I'm the healthiest I've been in 3 or 4 years. I'm so thankful for him and his patience, he actually cares enough about his patients to give them real medical advice. Best doctor in the whole Verde Valley hands down.
